Research has shown that yoga reduces stress, lowers hearth rate and
blood pressure, improves sleep, elevates mood, alleviates pain,
improves strength and flexibility, and improves overall quality of
life.

Yogais a holistic practice that engages body, mind, and spirit
​to marshal the body's natural healing ability. The scope of yoga
practice includes postures (asana), breathing practices (pranayama),
meditation, mantra, and more.

In a yoga therapy session you will be taught a set of practices tailored
to your needs and goals. You are expected to commit to practice a
minimum of 15 minutes every day. This daily practice will provide
​immediate benefits and inspire you to continue.


Cost:
$225 package: one 90 minute session and two hour-long
sessions. Follow-up visits are $75 an hour.




Yoga and Pranayama

​Private Yoga & Pranayama Instruction
Private instruction offers an opportunity to craft a session to address 
a student's unique needs and goals. These sessions are beneficial
​for addressing particular injuries or for those wishing to refine their
practice.


Cost:  $75 for a one-hour session, $100 for 90 minutes


Yoga Classes
Lynn teaches Ayurvedic Yoga two Sundays a month from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m.
